Prince Philip and the Queen celebrate their wedding anniversary in November this year, 73 years after the British and Greek monarchies joined together. However, before they could tie the knot, the Prince was forced to drop one of his titles.
Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip met in 1934 at the wedding of Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark and Prince George, Duke of Kent.
