Everton vs Salford City as it happened - Michael Keane, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Moise Kean score in Blues win

Everton are back in action at Goodison Park on Wednesday night as they host Salford City in the second round of the Carabao Cup. Last winning silverware in 1995, the Blues will look to start an extended cup run against the League Two side, who are owned by former Everton captain Phil Neville, his ex-Manchester United team-mates David Beckham, Nicky Butt, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes and Singaporean business magnate Peter Lim. Carlo Ancelotti's side started the season with a 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur as debutants James Rodriguez, Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure all impressed, but the Italian is expected to make changes against Salford. Kicking off at 8.15pm, follow LIVE updates with Phil Kirkbride and Adam Jones, Theo Squires and Dan Kay.
