Tom of course this is kind of I suppose leverage in response to some of the US measures taken by Washington. Big implications for future deals for the likes of anything similar to a ticktock Oracle type of deal . Absolutely. Look it gives them leverage as you say. And it also allows them to hit back with their own reciprocal measures if some restrictions are put in place by other nations . Basically it's affecting China's own national security. But you're also right to point out that this of course has implications potentially implications for future deal down the line. And of course it was only back in August where China kind of asserted its right to have a say in what was happening in terms of discussions over ticktock and its parent company Bite Dance by inserting a will and a ruling and a policy around the exports of algorithms. So it builds on that. This was signed off by the way over the weekend by Chinese Nationals People's Committee the standing committee of the National People's Congress. And it will affect Chinese companies of course but also foreign invested companies is going to kick into place from December the 1st. But of course it does follow all of that pressure from the U.S. on companies like Wall Items and by dance SDM. I see. So we're going to have to see.
