Adele Adkins , 32, has flaunted her svelte figure on Instagram after she quit bad habits, adopted a strict diet and a workout regime. In younger years, the singer was known for her curvier frame and refusal to conform to music industry body standards by losing weight . She also deflected brutal comments from the late Karl Lagerfeld, then creative director for Chanel, who blasted her for being “a little too fat”.
